Shipping
Shipping destinations: We are based in Canada and we ship both Canada and
the US. Shipping times: Local orders take a maximum of 7 business days to be
delivered to you and we ship within 3 business days after payment is
received. International orders take 7 business days to be delivered via
FedEx, UPS, DHL, or Canada Post and we ship within the same 3 business
days after payment is received. Shipping time might vary depending on
location, shipment method, and other factors. Shipping cost: Shipping charges are calculated depending on the number of kilos in your product order, your chosen delivery method, and the country. The full price will be displayed at checkout.

Payments
You can select your preferred payment method at checkout. We accept
secure payments for both Canadian & US customers via e-transfer and
Square & PayPal. All prices are in Canadian Dollars.

Returns and Refunds
Your 100% satisfaction is important for us. We carefully prepare and
ship your order to make sure we deliver the quality offered. Due to the
type of product, raw or semi-finished material, we have a NO Return or
Exchange Policy. If a product gets damaged during the shipping,
customers can claim directly to the carrier accordingly with their
insurance policy.

Orders Placement
Simply add as many items as you wish to your shopping cart while
browsing our store. Once you want to proceed with the order - do so by
going to the cart and clicking "checkout". Follow the instructions by
providing us with delivery information and select payment method for
goods - we will ship your package within 3 business days. Our support
